everything surpassed my expectations.
I think it would have been great to offer
additional classes on cooking, chakras,
eco building, essential oils etc. Anyone
on the excursion that would have had
interst in sharing their knowledge would
have been fun. Perhaps more optional
mixers like the bonfire....Thank you for

My only suggestion would be to have one of the stretch classes be indoors rather than on the beach. Being that close to the sand (and horse apples) didn't turn out to be all that appealing to me.

I marked "didn't participate" although I was there for a few classes. I thought they were good for the majority of the participants. My private sessions were the highlight for me. I was in a massage for the closing reception. My suggestion for future retreats is more of an emphasis on "retreat".
